January 3, 2016, a start off of the project for the new year 2016. The project that has been operated since the year 2015 to uplift capacity of Muslim restaurants to Halal restaurants with halal certification. The project is to enhance halal certification of Thailand to be well-known and to be applied by all Muslim restaurants for consumer protection especially for Muslim consumers. Muslim restaurants were to be trained and briefed about the danger of ingredients and the complexity of food production in current days. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Winai Dahlan, the founding Director of HSC-CU himself briefed the 80 audience in KK Land Ball Room of Petchaburi Province how to prepare halal food properly with hygiene in accordance with Islamic regulations for future apply for halal certification that would be beneficial not only to consumers but as well to the proprietors in adding value of their restaurants.
